Main Features
- Worktable main spindle adopts high precision and adjustable radial clearance biserial short cylindrical roller bearing to centering to centering. Axial direction adopts CC hydrostatic guideway, worktable have the features of high running accuracy, big bearing capacity, small thermal deformation.
- The lathe feed adopts AC servo motor, ball screw for drive. Rail head of cross beam equipped with close shield, increase the safety and the amenity.
- The lathe feed adopts AC motor drive, 16 steps main spindle speed change mechanism and realize the worktable range of speed.
- Vertical column, cross beam guideway all use high-frequnency, quenching, and the quenching hardness is HRC48-55.
